Eisner Awards Nominations 2015

Anche quest’anno arrivano puntuali le nomination per gli Eisner Awards, ovvero gli Oscar del mondo del fumetto che tutti attendiamo con ansia.

In testa alle candidature troviamo la nuova Ms. MarvelMultiversityBandette e, anche quest’anno, Saga (ormai incollata al podio. NdA), ognugna ha almeno 3 nominations. Tra l’altro Saga è nuovamente candidata nelle medesime tre categorie in cui ha vinto l’anno scorso: Miglior Serie in corso, Miglior Scrittore (Brian K. Vaughan) e Miglior Colorista/Artista Multimediale (Fiona Staples). 

Lo scrittore Brian K. Vaughan supera tutti con le sue 4 nomination: oltre a due candidature per Saga, è stato nominato altre 2 volte per The Private Eye. Dopo di lui, con 3 nomination ciascuno, ci sono: lo scozzese Grant MorrisonPaul TobinNoelle StephensonGary Groth.

DC Comics, Marvel e Fantagraphics sono in cima alla lista delle case editrici con più candidature: DC e Vertigo hanno in tutto 18 nomination (14 la prima e 4 la seconda), anche la Marvel la segue a ruota con 18 nomination, mentre la Fantagraphics si distacca da loro per poco, ne ha 15. 

Quest’anno, per la prima volta, ci sono ben 39 donne candidate tra scrittrici, editrici e fumettiste. Degli Eisner Awards in rosa praticamente.
